- Your paper: a post that did not print, a mistake in an edition, or a question about how posting, press time, or delivery works.
- The Lifetime upgrade: whether it is active on your account, or restoring it on a new phone. Payments and refunds themselves are handled by Apple, through the App Store.

Safety reports
The fastest way to report something is inside the app: every article, Note, and profile has a one-tap Report, and every user can be blocked with one tap. Blocking is enforced by the system, not just hidden on your screen. We review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours.
If you cannot get into the app, email [email protected] with the username involved and what happened, and we will act on it the same way.
